This page explains what information Averonne Research and Consulting (“Averonne”, “we”, “us”) collects when you contact us or submit a use case, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to enquiries made through it.
We keep this deliberately short and practical. If anything here is unclear, email headoffice@averonne.com and we will explain.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to assess and respond to your enquiry.
- Information you submit through the contact form — such as your name, organisation, email address, industry or sector, the type of use case, and your description of the workflow, sources, and output you want.
- Materials you choose to share with us during scoping conversations.
- Basic technical data. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files. Averonne does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other websites.
How we use your information
- To review whether your use case is a fit and to respond to you.
- To scope, plan, and (where agreed) deliver an engagement.
- To maintain a record of our correspondence with you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Confidentiality and non-clinical boundaries
Submissions and shared materials are treated as confidential and used only to assess and scope your use case. Averonne works on non-clinical, internal, research, knowledge, and workflow use cases. We do not provide clinical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, patient-facing medical advice, or medical-device AI, and we ask that you do not submit patient, clinical, or confidential personal data through this site. Data handling, access, and retention specific to an engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
Where your information is stored
Contact-form submissions are transmitted to and stored within Google Workspace services (Google Apps Script and Google Sheets), and we correspond with you by email. These providers process data on our behalf as service providers. Because our providers operate internationally, your information may be processed in countries other than your own.
Who we share it with
- Members of the Averonne team involved in reviewing or delivering your engagement.
- The service providers described above, acting on our instructions.
- Where we are required to do so by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as needed to evaluate your enquiry, deliver any engagement, and maintain a reasonable business record. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have shared, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email headoffice@averonne.com and we will action your request. We aim to handle personal information in line with applicable data-protection principles.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we limit access to your information to those who need it.
Changes to this page
We may update this page as our practices evolve. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
